INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLING KATCHALL ARCHIVE
Click on the "Download Now" button to start the download. The file contains KatchallInstaller.msi and ReleaseNotes.txt. Save the contents of this file to an easy to find location.  Find these files and click on the KatchallInstaller.msi to initiate the install process.  When you are prompted for a place to create the archive, simply indicate an area of your hard disk drive that has plenty of spare capacity.  When the install is complete, you will need to reboot your computer.
 
When your computer has rebooted, you will see the "Free Trial Evaluation of Katchall Archive" dialog.  Read the instructions. 

 
A QUICK TEST OF KATCHALL ARCHIVE
Now, do a quick test to see Katchall Archive in action.  
 
Run Notepad.exe or your favorite editing tool. 
Create a file, write something to the file. 
Save the file, write some more.  Save it again.  Do this 3 or 4 times. 
 
Now go to the Windows File Browser ( click on MyComputer).
Find the file you've been editing. 
Right click on the file.
Click on the Properties in the menu.
Click on the Katch All Archive tab.
Double click on one of the time stamps in the Archived Files listbox.  Katchall Archive will tell you that it has just recovered a version a of your file and will show you the name of the newly recovered file in the Restored File dialog window.
 
Now open up your newly restored version of the file and see an older version.   Its that simple.

1.) Download the KatchInst.exe from this website.

2.) Save the file to a convienient location. KatchInst.exe is a self extracting zip file.

3.) Execute the file by clicking on it or by running it from the command line.

4.) Click on KatchallInstaller.msi.

5.) Follow the directions and reboot the computer when the installation is complete.
