WHY
ARCHIVE YOUR FILES?
Backing
up your files is important; everyone knows that. We’ve
all learned that backups should be done early and often. If
you have been using a computer to create and edit documents
you have probably learned through sad experience the value of
creating backups. |

Trapeze artists and tight ropewalkers
thrill people all the time. No one doubts their courage. The
older ones long ago learned that there is a need for a net
or backup plan, the rest are ... well, you know.
Working
on a computer to create valuable data is the same proposition,
the longer a file is worked on, the larger the effort to reproduce
the file becomes, the higher up you are raising your own personal
trapeze. |
| It
takes only one slip to "Save" a file instead of
"Save As" and hours or days of work can be lost.
It only takes one change of direction to the requirements
on a project before you too might really like a look at a
file, as it existed in the past, many versions ago. Now, you
no longer have to work without a net.
Isn't
it worth $29.95 to have a backup version at your fingertips? |
