RECOVERY

 |

When a file needs restoration on an Enterprise System the
Information Technology (IT) Department is often called in
to assist in the recovery of a file – and maybe they
have a copy of the version you want. Often it can take them
a few days to restore the file.
|
Katchall is tightly integrated with the Windows Explorer. A
few clicks in the Windows Explorer and a recovered file is created
in its original directory with the date/timestamp inserted into
the file name. The extension remains the same so you can use
your standard application programs to view the recovered file.
Recovery across the network is supported in the same manner
as on an individual computer. |
